require Safety Sensitive Drivers get a physical every two years.
We do CDL and Non-CDL physical evaluations for Commercial Motor Vehicle drivers with attention to Federal Standards. DOT Physicals are appointment only and include a urinalysis. Once the medical exam is completed and all health requirements are met, the driver will receive their medical certification card on the spot along with a copy of the exam results. A fitness determination will be entered on your behalf to the U.S. Department of Transportation website acknowledging your status.

DRUG TESTING
Being a certified collection site under regulation 49 CFR, Part 40, we provide a 5-panel urine test that can detect the following:
• Cocaine
• Amphetamines
• Marijuana
• Opium
• Phencyclidine (PCP)
BREATH ALCOHOL TESTING
Under 49 CFR Part 40, office staff are individually certified as breath alcohol technicians (BATs) and conduct alcohol screening and confirmation tests on site. Test results that are an alcohol concentration of less then 0.02, is transmit the DER in a confidential manner. If the test results is an alcohol concentration of 0.02 or higher, then the employee is directed to take a confirmation test following procedures in section 40.251 of the 49 CFR Part 40. Tests are conducted with an evidential breath testing (EBT) device.
