Great place, they do have elevators, the place is not like a maze, easy to find... the staff was friendly exam was done fast and they took care of me fast. Dr. was amazing, friendly and very attentive . Definitely recommend this place for your d.o.t card. Very clean place too.

I’ve never been better attended at any Doctor/hospital visit, in my life. Dr.Adam and his staff welcomed me and were so friendly, came in for DOT physical and Drug test, lady that was most helpful offered me a water bottle and was checking up on me every few minutes and were all so patient with me even though I was at fault and forgot some paperwork they took care of it all for me. Wish I can give them 10 stars!

Dr. Adam helped me with recovering my sprained ankle. He helped me get an expedited X-Ray the same day after my visit to see if anything was broken or fractured but all was well. Dr. Adam is extremely attentive to detail and helps to get you exactly what you need, when you need it.

I fully recommend using Alloy Physical Care for D.O.T. Exam. Compared to Concentra here you are treated with respect the staff is friendly the Physician Adam gives you your exam , He explains to you what He checks during your physical He takes time to answer any questions you may have. After your done your given copies of D.OT. Form and a real nice laminated copy to keep and show to law enforcement. After leaving I felt I was treated with respect and felt like the entire staff cared about my well being. If you go make an appointment you will not sit for hours waiting like above mentioned clinic.
