Alloy Physical Care

Lab Testing & Wellness
At Alloy Physical Care, we like to tell our patients that they like to change their car's oil more often than checking their own blood. If you do get a lab test done, then most clinics will just give you your results. What separates Alloy from most clinics is that we will educate and not just tell you your results. We talk about family history, medical history, and curate the tests that are most needed for you. Lab testing does not need to be expensive, and we consistently offer the low price you're looking for while also maintaining quality results you won't find anywhere else.
ALCAT Testing
The Alcat Test gives healthcare professionals a tool for managing conditions linked to inflammation and chronic activation of the immune system. The Alcat Test measures individual responses to foods and other substances at the
cellular level and may reveal the underlying trigger of certain symptoms. Food and chemical sensitivities have been linked to migraines, aching joints, fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders, and other symptoms related to chronic activation of the immune system.
Clinical assessments of the Alcat Test used to guide dietary modification have shown significant improvement in many common symptoms. The efficacy of the Alcat Test has been documented in numerous studies implementing rigorous double blind and often placebo controlled study designs.
Fertility
Fertility tests can measure the quality and quantity of sperm and eggs. Some common fertility tests include:
-
Ovarian Reserve Test: Measures how many eggs you have left
-
Progesterone Ovulation Test: Measures progesterone levels to determine if you are ovulating
-
Female Hormone Test: Measures key female hormones to rule out hormonal disorders
Quantitative THC
This is a 2-part urine test to look for delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC. THC is the active ingredient in marijuana. The test can find out if THC or related chemicals from marijuana called metabolites are in your urine.
Glycohemoglobin
A glycohemoglobin test, also known as the A1C test, measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 2–3 months. This test can help determine how well a person's diabetes is being controlled over time. It's also one of the commonly used tests to diagnose prediabetes and diabetes.
Hormone (Male & Female)
A hormone panel, also known as hormone testing, evaluates the levels of hormones in the body through blood, urine, or saliva samples. The tests look for hormonal imbalances that may be causing symptoms.
Quantiferan TB Gold Test
The QuantiFERON-TB Gold (QFT) test is a blood test that helps diagnose tuberculosis (TB) infection. A health care provider takes less than a teaspoon of blood from a vein, and the blood is sent to a lab for testing. A negative test result indicates that there is no TB infection, but patients with a high suspicion of exposure should repeat the test. A positive test result indicates infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. We also do this test for people coming from the U4U programs.
